The Taipei Downtown Store, Neihu has five floors of airy shopping space, with a wide variety of luxury goods and apparel from international brands, popular fragrances and cosmetics, cultural and creative products, and specialty souvenirs from Taiwan. There is also a parent-child recreation area, as well as events centered around fragrances and parent-child activities that are related to festivals. Traveling Abroad— 3 Steps to City Shopping: 

Within 45 days before departure, travelers can go to the EVERRICH Taipei Downtown Store, Neihu in person. 

First, you will need to go to the customer service counter on the fourth floor to apply for a shopping card. Your passport and flight information are required (both electronic or hardcopies in good condition are accepted). 
 After paying for the merchandise, you can pick it up at our Service Center at the airport on the day of your departure with your pick-up slip. 

*If you want to pick up your merchandise after you return to Taiwan, please visit the pickup counter at the airport on the day of your departure and inform the staff of your return flight. As long as you exit and reenter Taiwan at the same airport, your merchandise (with the exception of cigarettes) will be held for you to pick up at your convenience after you disembark from your return flight.
