Following the success of last year’s launch of the KKL Time Collection liquors, which quickly became a favorite among travelers, EVERRICH and Kinmen Kaoliang Liquor have teamed up once again. Driven by a respect for local culture and a commitment to expertise and innovation, they proudly present two exclusive new releases: KKL Time Collection 6.56 Batch No.2 and KKL Time Collection 6.61 Batch No.2.
Infused with the terroir of Kinmen and crafted with exceptional skill, these new liquors do more than embody the natural beauty of Taiwan; they showcase Taiwan’s cultural depth, offering international travelers a chance to discover and savor the essence of Taiwan.

The iconic “T” continues to be featured in the bottle design of this second batch, a tribute to the dual concepts of Taiwan and Time. The colors of vibrant green and orange are chosen for the bottles to stand out on shelves and capture the attention of travelers worldwide.

Symbolizing kaoliang sprouting from the fertile soil of Kinmen and growing strong under the sun, this vibrant green is like the vitality of Taiwan’s land, brimming with the hopeful energy of new life.

Inspired by the golden hues of autumn, this shade speaks of the ripening of the kaoliang—a fulfilling harvest that is the culmination of the seasons and the terroir.

A bold take on tradition—smoother, deeper Kinmen Kaoliang
The second batch of the Time Collection offers a more refined, smoother taste that challenges traditional perceptions of Kinmen Kaoliang:
6.56 | Light woody notes and a gentle sweetness build in layers, embodying the lush vitality of new growth.
6.61 | Balanced with citrusy fruit and rich vintage undertones, this expression is smooth and silky, evoking the joy of a bountiful harvest.
Both were artfully blended by Kinmen’s chief master blender, Lu Yi-ru, who combined 14 to 16-year aged spirits from the underground cellars of the Jincheng and Jinning distilleries. The result is a flavor profile layered with the complexity of spirits aged over 56 and 61 years respectively, harmonizing traditional craftsmanship with modern palates.

EVERRICH Taipei Downtown Store, Neihu, will have in-store tastings, offering you a firsthand experience of the brand-new Kinmen Kaoliang offerings.
From now through June 30, EVERRICH has also partnered with the restaurant Home Garden to present a limited-edition menu featuring creative, flavorful dishes infused with Time Collection liquors, highlighting the fusion of good food and the aromas of fine spirits.
