Anti-Fraud Reminder

2024.05.20

Recently, our company has discovered that unscrupulous individuals are using our name to promote false advertisements. These include claims of EVERRICH’s closure, clearance sales, and special sales at duty-free shops, as well as the misuse of trademarks beginning with “Ever,” intended to confuse and harm the interests of consumers and our company. We have promptly reported these false advertisements to the relevant authorities for removal and have also reported the incidents to the Criminal Investigation Bureau.

Additionally, we have received reports from consumers about suspected fraudulent phone calls. We have reported these cases to the Criminal Investigation Bureau and commissioned a professional cybersecurity team to conduct a thorough inspection. Upon discovering signs of external attacks on our servers, we immediately upgraded our protection measures to enhance IT security. Due to the ever-evolving nature of fraud tactics, we urge our members to exercise caution and verify any suspicious phone calls.

We also advise caution against fake “EVERRICH.COM” and “EVERRICHTOHOME.COM.” Do not trust unsolicited emails or text messages, and avoid clicking on unknown links or providing personal information on fraudulent websites.
